Products on Sale of Grace Rose Farm

We take great pride in the quality of our cut garden roses (Bouquets) and handle each order with care during packaging and shipping. We use UPS for all shipments, but we understand that there are rare occasions when roses may arrive in less-than-acceptable condition. We will do our best to send you a replacement box of the same or similar cut roses, as long as we are not sold out. Please note that due to the perishable nature of roses, we cannot accept returns. If we are unable to send you a new box of cut garden roses, we will issue a refund for the cost of the roses, minus shipping costs.

Bare Root Rose Refund & Order Change Policy

Because bare root roses are a seasonal, limited-inventory product that is carefully allocated immediately after purchase, we ask that customers review their orders thoroughly before completing checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Bare root rose orders may be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
• After the initial 24-hour window, no changes or cancellations are accepted, even if the order has not yet shipped.
• Sales and promotions will not be applied retroactively to previous orders.
• No price adjustments will be made on past orders, regardless of shipment status.
• Adding to an Order
• Additional items may be added to an existing bare root order after purchase.
• Existing items cannot be removed, swapped, or canceled after the 24-hour window has passed.
• Refunds
• Refunds are only available for orders canceled within the 24-hour change window.
• Once an order is finalized after 24 hours, it is considered locked into production and inventory allocation and is not eligible for refund.
• We appreciate your understanding as these policies allow us to plan, allocate, and ship healthy bare root roses at the optimal time for your growing zone while ensuring fairness to all customers.
